@Dave- you gotta look closer. A quick glance just now tells me:
1. Go to settings, groups, add 1 or more people to a group and then choose which phones ring.
2. Go to settings, phones, then choose 'advanced settings' and you'll see params for setting what times which phones will ring.
3. Not sure, maybe it isn't actually sequential.

I'm a huge google voice fan so far. Like the free calling in USA. Like the call screening, blocking, and ability to conceal my home number. But I have not figured out how to do 1,2,3 below, as you mentioned.

1) "You set the service up to forward calls to your various phones based on rules."

- I've not figured out where to set up the rules.

2) You can have it ring through to your office landline during business hours.

3) It can ring through sequentially to each phone you have until you pick one up, or go to voicemail.

- Google voice only seems to ring all of my phones at once, not sequentially.

i've been using google voice, with similar success and views of its advantages. the one thing that makes me not switch completely over to giving out the GV # as my main # is that phone calls to the GV # don't always find their way to the phone. instead, i'll see later that i have a voicemail. if GV could fix that or make it more reliable, i'd switch to it completely.

totally agree on most points. i now have to decide whether to tell all my friends to switch or wait until they port numbers, which they indicate they know is a very desired option. i hope that they do this soon and save me from the pain...
